The office of Dr. Paul Stallone, N.M.D. - Arizona Integrative Medical Center Facility in Scottsdale Arizona

In February 2004, Dr. Stallone moved to his current location in the office suites on the North East Corner of Cactus Road and Hayden Road in Scottsdale. The enviroment is clean, comfortable and welcoming, free of perfume odors or chemical smells. This spacious medical facility has a large front office space, inviting patient lobby/waiting room with a retail store for purchasing vitamins, supplements and homeopathic medicines.  The back offices include several treatment rooms, a consulation and clinic area plus two spacious IV therapy rooms with comfy massaging recliners. The free parking is plentiful with easy quick access to the front entrance of the medical center.  There are no stairs inside or in front of the building. The front entry is the door facing east marked Suite #820. We hope to welcome you in soon!
